Accounting Package Integration

EDI Service Bureau now provides, through contractual relationships with several highly qualified business partners, complete integration of certain accounting packages with any in-house EDI translator program of your choice or with our service bureau translator proprietary import/export data format.

Some popular accounting packages for which integration software is available: AccPac, Best, Business Vision, Epicor, Great Plains, Macola, Open Systems and Solomon.

For users of AccPac we also offer a total service bureau program in which there is no need for you to purchase the integration software. The software is installed on your system and you pay a nominal fee per month per trading partner, with a minimum of 5 trading partners. Integrated documents currently include the 850 Purchase Order, 810 Invoice and 856 ASN with UCC-128 shipping container labels. When processed by the user, the 850 creates a Sales Order in your AccPac system and automatically allocates inventory to the order. When the invoice is created within AccPac, the system debits inventory and creates the 810 EDI document to export to your translator (or to send to EDI Service Bureau, if you do not have in-house EDI). The ASN module allows you to create each shipping carton in either standard pack or pick and pack mode as required by your trading partners. Barcode labels are printed on your in-house label printer and do not require any additional label printing software. The monthly fee includes unlimited technical support.

By opting for the service bureau option you will be able to continue working only with your accounting package and not have to worry about the EDI trading partnership setups, VANs, communications and all EDI related functions which will be taken care of by EDI Service Bureau.
