WalMart EDI Special

We provide quick and painless set up of your EDI trading partnership with WalMart.  Our basic service includes the following components:

• An AS2 connection with WalMart
• Receiving your PO's and other information documents and translation from EDI into human-readable and printable Word format
• Transmitting your Invoices by EDI to WalMart
• A flat one-time charge of $300 covers the initial AS2 setup and mapping of all WalMart EDI documents (except the 856 Advance Ship Notice and related UCC-128 barcode label which is a more involved setup and is quoted separately)
• Per document processing charges range from $0.75 per document, when you do your own data entry into a spreadsheet we supply you, to $3.00 each, if you prefer that we do the keyboard data entry of your documents, for example Invoices
